Confluent Health, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care across our Pacific Northwest clinics. The role emphasizes thorough patient interaction with 40 minutes per encounter, AI-assisted documentation to maximize time with patients, and opportunities for growth and mentorship.

We offer a 4x10 or 5x8 shift pattern, a 401(k) with a 4% match, student loan reimbursement, and ongoing education through Evidence in Motion.

Qualifications

• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.

About

Compensation: $88K - $105K/year + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
