Qualifications

• Education: PT degree (Bachelors/Masters or DPT).
• Licensure: current/temporary PT license in state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience: 6 months to 1 year in rehab with adult/geriatric patients.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients; indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants as per state Acts.
• Align with Mercy mission, values and service standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Therapy Leadership and teams to foster a collaborative care environment.
