Job summary

The role follows physician referrals and Life Care standards, with collaboration from an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and quality of life.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care per physician referral
• Follow Life Care standards and department policies
• Collaborate with PTAs, rehab aides, and students
• Utilize therapy software accurately
• Demonstrate excellent patient service and professionalism
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations
