Job summary

Life Care Center of Attleboro in MA is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with Life Care standards.

Requirements include a BSPT/MSPT/DPT degree, active MA license, CPR certification, and 1 year post-acute care experience preferred. This is an in-person, full-time role with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Currently licensed in the state and maintain active license throughout employment.
• One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
• CPR certification on hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish and modify functional goals for patient progress.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Aides; assist with student supervision when applicable.
• Maintain charting and documentation in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate patient rights, safety, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan for patient needs.
