Life Care Center of Attleboro in MA is seeking a PT - Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral, following Life Care standards and all applicable laws.

The role requires aPT/PT education from an accredited program, active licensure, CPR, and ideally 1 year post-acute care experience; offers mentorship, continuing education, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 with competitive pay up to $55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active license in the relevant state and maintained in good standing.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation; kept current.

Responsibilities

• Follow established PT treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Oversee care provided by PTAs and Rehab Aides; document appropriately.
• Communicate with patients and families, coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
