Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy and licensed in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow PT treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Aides; oversee student therapists.
• Chart timely and accurately; use therapy software.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
