Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program and hold a valid license.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; maintain during employment.
• New grads welcome; one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify measurable goals for patient progress.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely; document in therapy software.
• Communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team and patients.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain patient safety and rights.
