Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility treatment team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

You will collaborate with the rehab leadership and care team to tailor plans, educate patients, and support a holistic approach to wellness across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in patient care within in-facility settings.
• Report to the Director of Rehab.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement recovery plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
