Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s in PT plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and refer as needed to ensure patient thriving and independence.
• Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed for independence and productivity.
