Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN scheduling at Robin Run Village in Indianapolis, IN. You will work within a team led by seasoned therapists, choosing when you work while maintaining clinical accountability.

Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy, current state license, NPTE eligibility, and a preference for 1 year of PT experience. Enjoy flexible daytime PRN shifts with a supportive clinical team that values patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
