Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Pittsburgh seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support flexible PRN scheduling at Canterbury Place. You will work with the same standards as our full-time team and step in to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under PT supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on home programs and assistive devices. Preference for 1 year of PTA experience and an active PTA license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current PTA license in the appropriate state.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Ability to educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
