Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Middletown, NJ team. You will build strong patient relationships, conduct comprehensive one-on-one evaluations, and design personalized rehab and fitness programs to restore function.

You will collaborate with MDs and surgeons, maintain EMR documentation, and help patients return to work, sports, and daily life while advancing your clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited education program.
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as a liaison between rehab floor and medical teams.
• Maintain timely documentation in our EMR system.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
• Educate caregivers and family on patient needs.
• Maintain professional knowledge and progress in treatment methods.
• Evaluate patient condition including physical and mental health.
• Comply with company rules and procedures.
• Support marketing events and outreach as requested.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and teamwork.
