Minimum Education, Experience, Training, And Licensures Required

• Graduated with an Associate Degree from an accredited school approved by the Council of Medical Education or the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Requires licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant with current licensure from the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred. One year experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Highly desirable: effective communication skills.
