Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in the therapeutic care of the older adult across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the resident care settings.
• Deliver holistic care that addresses physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs of residents.
• Adhere to Medicare, state regulations, APTA guidelines and company policies, ensuring documentation, billing, resident rights and compliance.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
