Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and provide person-centered care across the campus continuum. You will deliver therapeutic services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet clinical and quality-of-life goals.

The role requires an associate degree, CPR certification, and state licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in physical therapy assistant program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in the therapeutic care of the older adult across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• A valid current state license (for the state in which the community provides service) in physical therapy, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments to meet residents' needs across settings within the Erickson Senior Living continuum.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, resident rights, and service quality.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines to promote comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout their care.
