Job summary

TransPerfect Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Roosevelt, Utah team in a full-time role. You will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a PT, perform evaluations, document outcomes in Net Health, and support care planning for residents in Senior Living and Skilled Nursing settings.

We offer a competitive pay range of $30–$35 per hour, comprehensive benefits, onboarding, annual CEU allowance, licensure reimbursement, mentorship, referral

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluation
• Optimize the functionality and skills of patients
• Completes all necessary documentation via Net Health
• Collaborate with supervising PT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirements
• Attend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc.
• Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines
• Follow facility infection control policies and procedures
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
