Seaport Scripps Home Health, a Pennant Group company, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our South Inland San Diego County Home Health team. You will provide in-home physical therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care.

The role supports mobility, strength, pain management, gait training, prosthetic training, and education on assistive devices.

Formación

• Active California PTA license.
• Minimum 2 years of patient care experience; home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home physical therapy under licensed PT supervision per Plan of Care.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, ROM.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, prosthetic training.
• Educate on assistive devices; monitor progress and report changes.
