Seaport Scripps Home Health in Oceanside, CA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-home care team. You will provide therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain in the comfort of their homes.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($40–$50/hour), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) match, PTO, EAP, and more.

Qualificações

• Active California PTA license.
• Minimum 2 years of patient care experience (Home Health preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home physical therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care (POC).
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, and range of motion exercises.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.
• Educate patients on the use of assistive devices (wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, prosthetics).
• Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition.
