Job summary

Seaport Scripps Home Health in the San Diego area seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy across the South Coastal Territory. You will help patients regain mobility under a physician’s plan.

Responsibilities include evaluating function, developing care plans, administering treatments, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting progress with the care team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The role requires a valid CA license and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy License.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (home health preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
