Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will assist the PT with mobility-focused therapies and contribute to improving residents' function and comfort.

Candidate must hold an active PTA license in the state and enjoy working with geriatric residents. SNF experience is preferred but not required; compensation is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
