Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Whippany, NJ is actively hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our geriatric residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Licensed PTA in New Jersey required. You will assist the PT with mobility-focused therapies, promote overall fitness, and help residents achieve functional goals with compassion and professional independence as appropriate.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold a valid New Jersey PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness.
• Support residents to enhance functional mobility and independence in daily activities.
• Evaluate and treat under supervision as needed, and work independently when appropriate.
