Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will assist the PT, evaluate residents independently, and contribute to mobility, pain relief, and overall wellness for the geriatric population.

Qualified candidates hold a state PTA license and have a passion for geriatric care. SNF experience is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits are offered.
