Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team, focusing on geriatric residents. Licensed PTAs will assist in implementing therapy plans and promoting mobility, pain relief, and overall wellness.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PTA license in the state, with SNF experience preferred but not required, and can evaluate and treat residents independently within a supportive team.
