Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing setting. The PTA will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, manage pain, and promote wellness for residents.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and enjoy working with geriatric patients in a team environment. Salary is highly competitive with standard benefits.

• Must possess a license in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatric population preferred but not required.
