Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with mobility therapies, promoting wellness, and documenting progress while working independently under supervision. NJ PTA license required; SNF experience preferred but not mandatory.
