Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist the PT in mobility-focused therapies and contribute to geriatric care plans, aiming to enhance residents' mobility and comfort.

Licensed PTAs with a passion for geriatric care who can work independently without direct supervision are ideal. SNF experience is preferred but not required, with a competitive compensation package and benefits offered.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility.
