Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will hold a state PTA license, be passionate about geriatric care, and be able to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.

You will assist the PTA with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness in a geriatric population, with a focus on functional activities and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state PTA license.
• Experience in geriatric care is a plus.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
