Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs is seeking an Experienced PTA to advance pediatric client care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. You will lead 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions, focus on documentation, and enjoy a schedule that respects your life outside work.

We offer 4- or 5-day weeks, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities through a Clinical Advancement Program, with pay options including hourly or per-billed-visit models and a sign-on bonus up to $8,000.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• 5+ years of clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and BCBAAs in a multidisciplinary team.

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiverrelationships andbuilt in documentationtime,so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

Hourly($33-35) or pay-per-billed-visit($42-$54/hour).We'llwalkthrough the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
