Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary pediatrics team. You'll support children and families with thoughtful, evidence-based therapy and collaborate across Speech, PT, and ABA to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Colorado DORA OT license or ability to obtain.
• 2–5 years of experience in pediatric OT.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children and families.
• Collaborate with Speech, Physical Therapy, and ABA teams to support integrated care.

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships,twoevaluations per week that keep the work varied andengaging andbuilt in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

• $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure

Compensation flexibility

Choose a model that works for you! Salary ($82,000–$90,000) or pay-per-billed-visit($35–$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35–$36/meeting hour).We'llexplain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-basedmonthly bonus

We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-onbonus

Up to $7,000in bonus.
