Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships andbuilt in documentationtime,so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

Compensation flexibility

Choose a model that works for you!Hourly($31-33/hour) or pay-per-billed-hour ($42–$54/hour).We'llexplain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-basedmonthly bonus

We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-onbonus

Up to $7,000in bonus.

What You Need
