Woven Care in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children and families thrive. You’ll provide compassionate PT care, collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, and manage a balanced caseload to reduce burnout while staying energized and focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 2-5 years of experience.

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships,uptotwoevaluations per week that keep the work varied andengaging andbuilt in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

Compensation flexibility

Choose a model that works for you! Salary ($83,000–$88,000) or pay-per-billed-visit($70-$72/hour, $90/eval).We'llexplain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-basedmonthly bonus

We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-onbonus

Up to $7,000in bonus.
