Woven Care in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient team. You will prioritize client-centered care, mentorship, and growing your career in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAsanda70% productivity expectation.

Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour$70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour).We'llwalk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
