Job summary

Woven Care, a pediatric outpatient practice in Colorado Springs, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinician-led team. You will focus on client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of your career in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% oftheirday.

What We’re Offering

Compensation options

Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour($72to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation).We'llwalk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
