Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Round Rock, TX. You will work under a physical therapist to deliver patient-centered care, document treatments, and participate in meetings to discuss progress and plans.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and a valid state license; strong communication and teamwork are essential. We offer competitive pay, a 401k match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and the opportunity

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in practicing state.
• Good communication skills and ability to relate professionally to patients, family members, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist
• Records treatments given in medical record
• Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings
• Communicates with supervising therapist, rehab director and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• Participates in facility in-service training programs
• Records daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules
