Job summary

Beaufont Health & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to implement therapy programs under a Physical Therapist’s supervision. Candidates licensed in Virginia or pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.

The PTA will support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing, collaborating with facility staff to promote optimal outcomes. A $3K retention bonus is available for qualifying full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Virginia or be a graduate of an approved PTA program and actively pursuing licensure.
• Implement treatment programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Beaufont Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 120 healthcare center in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is licensed in Virginia or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for implementing treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist in accordance with all state, federal and JCAHO regulations. They collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing for the residents.

Must be currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.
