Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Virginia or be a graduate of an approved PTA program and actively pursuing licensure.
• Implement treatment programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with facility staff to promote residents’ wellbeing across physical, mental, and psychosocial domains.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist.
• Support rehabilitation goals for residents and monitor progress.
