ProRehab, part of Confluent Health, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join an outpatient team in Bowling Green, KY. You will be supported with mentorship, development programs, and AI-assisted documentation to help patients move better and feel better.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour plus productivity incentives. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with employer match. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Licensed PTA or eligible for licensure in state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
