Job summary

ProRehab, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Indiana. You will deliver evidence-based care under the supervision of a PT and help patients move better, feel better, and live better.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Indiana or eligible for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the supervision of the PT in outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals with evidence-based care

• Complete timely, accurate documentation and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment

About

Compensation: $22 - $28/hour + productivity incentives.
