Job summary

Confluent Health in New York seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver outpatient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will advance patients toward functional goals using evidence-based methods and build strong, positive patient relationships.

You will document progress accurately and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture with mentorship, development pathways, and ongoing education through EIM and PDP programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the PT in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
