Confluent Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality outpatient care under the supervision of a PT. You will help patients progress toward functional goals and build strong patient relationships while contributing to a collaborative clinic environment.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
