Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality outpatient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will work to progress patients toward functional goals, while building strong relationships and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the supervision of a PT in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals using evidence-based care.
