Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in East Providence, RI. You will deliver high‑quality treatment under the guidance of a supervising PT and help patients move better and feel better.

We support growth with mentorship, PDP, paid trainings through EIM, and a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with a 4% match and location differentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Desire to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

About

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.

Up to a $5,000 sign on bonus.
