Job summary

ProRehab, part of the Confluent Health family, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver high-quality outpatient care. You will work under a supervising PT, progressing patients toward functional goals with evidence-based treatment and build strong patient relationships for a positive care experience.

• Licensed PTA or ability to obtain licensure in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the PT in outpatient settings.
• Progress patients toward functional goals with evidence-based care.

• Communicate patient progress and updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and contribute to clinic collaboration.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

About

Compensation: $22 - $28/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
