Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team at Rose Hill Health and Rehab in Berryville, VA. This full-time daytime role supports our mission to deliver responsive, patient-centered care across a growing national footprint.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, educate patients on home exercise programs, and assist with the safe use of devices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of experience as a PTA is preferred.
• Ability to document patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
