The role requires an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state license, and is best suited for someone with 1 year of prior PTA experience who can implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.

You will educate patients on home exercises, track progress, and collaborate with the supervising PT.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
