Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA program.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
