Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Heath, OH. This full-time position supports a therapist-led approach as we expand to a national footprint with locations nationwide.

The PTA would implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
