Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Belvidere, IL seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Working under a Physical Therapist, you will support patient care by following individualized plans of care and contributing to positive functional outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment programs, documenting patient responses, communicating with therapists and staff, and operating standard PT equipment.

Qualifications

• Provide quality patient care under supervision of a PT.
• Able to develop and implement PT treatment plans with PT input.
• Assist patients through all phases of PT treatment and techniques.
• Document patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Communicate with Physical Therapist, Director/ Rehab and staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment.
