Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will help patients through all phases of physical therapy, document responses, and coordinate with therapists and staff. A sign on bonus is available.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
