Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in the SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, setting measurable functional goals.

Responsibilities include supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, documenting evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes, and collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent patient care. Sign-on bonus offered.
